Please take a moment to review the spa policies. We are available to answer any questions you may have.
Cancelation + Rescheduling Fees
50% of scheduled services for late cancellations
100% of scheduled services for no shows.
A credit card will be required for all appointment reservations. Failure to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment or no-shows will result in an automatic charge. If you have a gift certificate, the rescheduling / cancellation fee still applies. We have multiple ways to cancel and reschedule an appointment: online at www.hannahlebron.com or over the phone. If you leave us a voicemail or email please make sure you get a confirmation. Three missed appointments will result in no future services.
Refund & Returns
BBHL does not offer any refunds for services once the service is rendered. For retail purchases you have 7 days from purchase to return your items for a full refund. If you return your items after 7 days but within a 30 day period you will be charged a 20% restocking fee and the balance will be refunded. Microblading retainers are non-refundable unless allergic reaction occurs 24 hours after patch test. If you request a refund on any lash extension service a refund up to 75% will be considered and you must have your lash extensions removed by a BBHL employee.
Child Safety Policy
Our concerns are for the safety of your children. We understand how challenging it is finding time to spend for yourself. We also understand that your me time does not always align with your beauty appointments. However, our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the spa. In the event you must bring a young child into the spa, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker. Unfortunately the spa cannot provide childcare services. Also, young children may not be held in your lap during the duration of the service. While this policy helps ensure that ask guests enjoy a relaxing spa experience, it is created with your childs safety in mind.
Special Conditions
Please notify BBHL before reserving your treatments if you are pregnant, or have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, or diabetes. All spa guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, designed with your well being in mind.
Ways to Save
Discounts cannot be combined unless noted. BBHL offers monthly deals, a Military Appreciation Discount of 10%, A Referral Program and a Yelp Review discount.
Late Policy
No Cell Phones
With tranquility as our main concern, we ask that you please observe our no cell phone policy. We request that you turn off or silence all cell phones before entering the spa. Please understand this is for the comfort of our guests and other technicians.
Gift Certificates
Beauty by Hannah Lebron Gift Certificates are available for individual services, treatment services, corporate gifts and incentives, specific dollar amounts, certain products or gifts. Gift certificates must be present at the time of the service to be redeemed. Gift certificates are not redeemable if lost or stolen. The recipient may call us at their convenience to schedule any one or a combination of services purchased. Gift Certificates and prepays are non-refundable and completely transferable and may be redeemed for any of our services or merchandise that you choose.
Age Requirement
All spa guests must be 10 years of age or older. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Payments & Gratuity
Beauty by Hannah Lebron accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover, or gift certificates as payment. Gratuities are not expected but always appreciated.
Price Changes
Hannah Lebron is constantly expanding BBHL’s services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although Hannah makes every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.
Sick Clients + Contagious Conditions
If you are sick or have a contagious condition we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. No exceptions. This includes conditions such as pink eye, common colds, lice, rashes, etc.
All of us at BBHL love having you as a client, but we reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

COVID-19 PATIENT RESPONSIBILITY BEFORE ARRIVING AT BEAUTY BY HANNAH LEBRON
Prior To Your Visit
While planning and preparing for your visit, there are a few things we’ll be asking of our patients to protect themselves and others:
If you have symptoms related to COVID-19, (runny nose, nasal congestion, sore throat, cough, fever, chills, etc.) please contact your primary care physician for guidance on treatment.
Please also reschedule your appointment at Beauty by Hannah Lebron once your symptoms have subsided and your doctor recommends it is safe for you to be out in public.
If you have been exposed to a known case of COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment to at least 2 weeks after the exposure.
If you are elderly or have other significant health problems or risk factors, we strongly recommend you remain sheltered-in-place until it is deemed safe by the governing authorities for you to venture out.
Please do not plan to bring another person with you to your appointment. If there are circumstances that require the assistance of another person, please call the office and so we can discuss in advance and plan accordingly.
Please organize and minimize your personal belongings so you can keep them on your body (For anything you might usually set on a counter, please reconsider bringing it inside of the spa. Please use pockets, neck straps, cross body bags, etc. to contain items like keys, credit cards, cash, phone, glasses, etc.)
Bring your own pen if possible. If you do not have a pen on hand, a sanitized pen will be provided for you, then returned to a staff member to be disinfected.
Bring your own face mask. We understand it has been challenging for some people to acquire face masks. Bandanas, scarves, or any other cloth mask will be acceptable for patients to be admitted into Beauty by Hannah Lebron, as long as the nose and mouth are covered effectively.
